The Daytrippers are a group of Beth Shalom 55+ members that come together for monthly day trips around Metro Atlanta. Trips are during the weekdays (alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays).
For December, the Daytrippers group plans to travel northeast on Route 985 to Clarksville, GA. where everyone will visit the Miles Thru Time Auto Museum, a non-profit cooperative institution with a rotating display of classic & unique vehicles, vintage motorcycles, planes, trains and model cars. Senior admission ranges from $14-15 per person with a reduced rate for groups of 15 or more.
The museum is located within the Vintage Garage Antique Market at the Old Clarksville Mill (583 Old Clarksville Mill Rd) and offers free on-site parking. Carpooling is also available. After the museum tour, attendees can visit the Clarksville Town Center for lunch and shopping.
