The Beth Shalom Annual Meeting will be held in the Katz Social Hall at Beth Shalom on Sunday, June 8th at 10:00am.   

If you will not be attending the meeting, please complete this absentee ballot for the proposed slate of trustees.  Each Adult member must submit their own vote.

All Absentee ballots should be submitted by Wednesday, June 4th at 6 PM.
