The Beth Shalom Annual Meeting will be held at Beth Shalom on Sunday,
June 4th at 7:30pm.   

If you will not be attending the meeting, please complete this absentee ballot for the proposed slate of trustees.  Each Adult member must submit their own vote.

All Absentee ballots should be submitted by Wednesday, May 31st at 6 PM.
