*Rabbi Zimmerman will conduct a study session for our community on Erev Shavuot on "Overcoming Anger", Saturday night, June 4, 2022, at 10:15pm.
We will explore several texts from Biblical to Rabbinic literature on the subject of anger and anger management.
Description: People are so angry today! So let's explore the question of when is our anger justified and when do we overdo it? We see such toxic discourse in our politics, cancel culture, and a growing general intolerance towards hearing other voices, especially those that may differ from our own. So how do we cultivate a balance in our own personal character traits and encourage a civil discourse where all feel respected and listened to?
Rabbi Zimmerman's session will be held via Zoom (10:15PM);
