COVID Outdoor Event Guidelines

CONGREGANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Beth Shalom is glad to welcome you to this upcoming event!

We know you, too, want not only to protect other congregants, but, also, to make them feel safe and comfortable attending CBS events. Remember that not everyone is at the same comfort level. Focus on making sure you, AND EVERYONE AROUND YOU, is safe and comfortable.

Please observe the “3 W’s” at all times:

  • Wear a mask
  • Wash your hands
  • Wash before coming and after returning home and have with you hand sanitizer!
  • Watch your distance: at least 6 feet apart

If your kids are with you, please help them also follow these rules.

BYO:  Bring your own table, chairs, whatever.

For obvious reason, limit liquid intake, since there are no bathrooms

Please do not attend any event if you or your children have had COVID-19 symptoms in the prior 14 days:

  • fever of approx. 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher
  • dry cough
  • loss of taste or smell
  • muscle aches
  • shortness of breath
  • sore throat
  • chills
  • headache
  • gastro symptoms

Risks for those congregants with certain medical conditions and those 65 years and older are “high risk” according to the CDC.  They should exercise caution in attending these events.

Thank you for helping everybody enjoy the event and, at the same time, be comfortable!
