We are happy to be able to offer additional tickets for your immediate family members and guests again this year.  These tickets must be paid for with this form.

2018/5779 ticket type & ticket prices are as follows (same as in previous years):

OUT OF TOWN GUEST...Mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters living over 50 miles beyond Metrolpolitan Atlanta - $72

ADULT CHILDREN...Between ages 25-34 who are no longer a part of your membership (living in the Metropolitan Atlanta on their own) - $72

IN TOWN GUEST...All relatives or other non-related guests living within the Metropolitan Atlanta area - $180

COLLEGE / MILITARY...No Charge (Indicate School attending or Military Branch)

RECIPROCAL...Tickets for those coming from other USCJ affiliated Synagogues - No Charge -   (Requires a letter from the Synagogue to Beth Shalom)                      

Tickets may be used for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.  All tickets will be mailed to the congregant's address with their High Holiday tickets.
