Tisha B’Av – Holding Grief and Hope

The upcoming fast day of Tisha B’Av (9th day of Av) is a day of mourning which commemorates the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem, as well as many other tragedies that befell the Jewish people. It is an opportunity to both open to our pain and grief, but also hope and connection. In addition to the traditional observance, Rabbi K’vod will share some thoughts on how this sacred time can bring us closer to our own hearts.

6:00 PM Mincha Service with Tallit and Tefillin.
