10:00 AM - 12:00 PMJOIN US FOR A DELICIOUS BRUCH AND SPECIAL SPEAKER, PETER BEIN
Come for breakfast at 10:00am prepared by our Men's Club Chefs and stay for a most interesting speaker and discussion.
Peter Bein is a writer, a teacher, and the author of the memoir, Maxwell’s Suitcase. When Peter discovered a hidden suitcase, concealed for forty years in his Brooklyn apartment, it sent him on a journey to places he was scared to explore. It was the suitcase his father had carried on Kristallnacht, when he fled from Nazi Germany.
Maxwell’s suitcase compelled the author to make an appointment with his past, and he has travelled to Poland and Germany as part of a decade-long spiritual journey to find his way home. The author plays the clarinet and loves klezmer music, whose steely ribbon of sound resonates with the memories of his ancestors.

Brunch Cost is $7 per person payable at the door
