Wednesday, April 18th

"Creative Open House"

10am - 2pm

Join Mordechai as he creates an original piece of art to adorn our synagogue. Visitors can join in and add a brush stroke! Meet the artist and browse a selection of his finest pieces. Art work will be available for purchase. Bring a friend. This program is free and open to the community.



"Painting and Pinot"

Sisterhood /Men’s Club Opening Program


Mordechai will give a lesson about the Hebrew Alphabet and how the letters came to be. Participants will create a take home piece of their own masterpiece work of art. Hors d’ oeuvres and wine will be served.


$18.00 per person/$30 per couple

Lunch and Learn with Mordechai Rosenstein. A light lunch will be served. This program is free and open to the community. RSVP is requested.

Shabbat Services & Dinner


My Journey as an Artist- Mordechai will enlighten and educate us about the two core concepts of Judaism depicted in his art. Dinner will be served.

“Torah Paints the Picture”

Shabbat Services


Shabbat Services will include a sermon (10-12 minutes) by Mordechai Rosenstein and conversation with him during Kiddush lunch.  Open to the entire community.



“Inspiration Behind The Art”


Join us on the patio for Havdalah and a delightful evening with Artist in Residence Mordechai Rosenstein. He will host an interactive presentation, displaying his works for such notables as the Pope, Clinton, Bushes, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and others. From Havdalah to light hors d’oeuvres and dessert this is an evening you will not want to miss. There will be time to browse his selection of art.
